The Human Resources Department is responsible for supervising lower ranks, issuing promotions to the hardowrking ones, hiring new staff members, and handling staff reports.
The Public Relations Department is responsible for handling relations with the public. They host regular events for the community, plan bigger events and they establish partnerships with other groups
The Operations Department is mostly made out of Resort owners. The department is responsible for managing all in-game operations, which indludes running resorts and hosting sessions.
The Chairman's Office is responsible for handling and managing all Management and Corporate members. It has the final say in the new rules and features in Bloxburg Sunset Resorts
The Moderation department is responsible for overseeing the operations in the Discord server. It enforces rules and issues punishments to the rule breakers, handles user reports, and handles all of the technical bugs that may occur in the server.
Committees are a small group in a department that does a specific thing alongside with normal department work.
Department leader decides how to pick committee Chair and can be chair or member in the committee themselves.
Department leader is the responsible supervisor for everyone in the department, and work alongside with overseer. The Overseer is the liaison between Chairman's office and the department.
